Martin Raw Photography was founded in December 2021 by Martin Nkosi from Mpumalanga in South Africa.
The name Martin Raw incorporates the founder’s name Martin, and the word Raw derived from the idea of shoot raw (unedited or editing should be at least 10%) photographs like the old days but mastering the camera and use its full capabilities in order to create striking images.
Our mission is to learn and sharpen photography skills, exploring all aspects of the craft and mastering the camera settings.
Our vision is to give advice to young people on fully understanding the camera that will be used document the world and people around them. We would like to provide young people a piece of the opportunity I have been given to improve my skills and career prospects in the photography industry. We would also like to provide mentorship not only to assist youth with practical photography skills but to also widen their own mind’s lens on the possibilities and opportunities through photography.
This long-term goal we aim to achieve while continuing to the business of photography. Framed photographs are available for sale.
